All orders are generally shipped from our warehouse located in France. However, for some products, shipping is handled directly by one of our partners.<\/p>

The ordered products are shipped upon final validation of the order by our sales team. They are delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form, and it is their sole responsibility to ensure its accuracy. In the event of a package being returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer.<\/p>

The buyer has the option to request that an invoice be issued to the billing address rather than the delivery address, by selecting the appropriate option on the order form.
